I build the platforms other engineers ship on.

Five years of full-stack and platform engineering: the deployment tooling behind 1,500+ engineers at Criteo, an IoT edge stack at Schneider Electric, and SignalAtlas, a product I designed, built and run in production on my own.

Four things I do well, and what you get at the end.

I take one problem at a time and own it from the first conversation to the last deploy. Every engagement ends with code your team can run without me.

Product engineering, end to end

Features from the database schema to the React screen. New products, rewrites of a legacy module, or the next six months of a roadmap your team cannot staff.

You getFeatures shipped with tests, migrations and the screen that uses them.

Platform, CI/CD and reliability

Deployment tooling, pipelines, containers, and the dashboards that tell you it works. The same work I do today for a platform used by 1,500 engineers.

You getReleases that take minutes, alerts that mean something, and a runbook.

AI agents and internal automation

MCP servers, chat bots and agent workflows that remove recurring interruptions. I built one at Criteo that answers the platform team's support questions, and I work with coding agents every day.

Edge, IoT and systems software

Go, Python and C++ services on constrained Linux devices, with industrial protocols and a cloud link. Two years of this at Schneider Electric, in Boston and Grenoble.

Criteo

Continuous deployment platform

2025 → present · Paris

Software engineer, CD platform team

The in-house platform 1,500+ Criteo engineers use to ship to production. I own features end to end across a Groovy back end, Angular and React front ends in TypeScript, C# and Python services, Concourse CI jobs and workloads on Mesos and Kubernetes.

  • My core mission is to maintain and evolve the CD system itself: the automatic deployment (autodeploy) tools, the manual deployment tool (Scala: bug fixes and new features) and the deployment configurations that describe how each service ships.
  • Configuration as code for feature testing and production rollouts: features are declared and validated in configuration before they reach production.
  • Debugging, technical support and training for the engineers who use the CD tools every day.
  • Reworked the deployment data schema and indexes, which sped up the hot paths, and added Hangfire locking so instance operations stay atomic under concurrent use.
  • Built an MCP server and AI agents that answer recurring support questions, plus Slack notifications for deployment events. The engineer on duty gets interrupted far less.
  • Replaced a legacy Lua service on an ad-operations platform with an audited Django REST API, a scoped LDAP-mapped service role and full permission tests.
  • Product owner on several platform initiatives, from scoping to delivery and OKR follow-up.
  • Joined through Criteo's Big Tech-style interview loop, at the same bar as Google or Meta: data structures and algorithms, system design and behavioural rounds.

Design, engineering, infrastructure and operations

A market-analysis product I took from first commit to production, with AI coding agents in the loop. Web app in React, TypeScript and Vite; mobile app in React Native with Expo; Node.js and Python services behind both.

  • Python analysis engine that turns market data into portfolio insights and automated alerts.
  • Multi-service setup with Docker, nginx and Redis; builds, tests and releases automated with CI/CD and a Makefile.
  • Sign-in with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, role-based access, GDPR handled from day one.
  • Grafana dashboards and structured logs in production; internal ops tooling; bilingual FR / EN, prerendered for SEO.

IoT edge platform

2022 → 2025 · Boston, USA and Grenoble

Software / DevOps engineer, R&D IoT

Micro-apps in Go and Python for an industrial edge platform, deployed with Docker, Kubernetes and EdgeX Foundry inside a 300-person engineering organisation. Contributor to the MARGO open orchestration initiative.

  • Stood up the CI/CD validation infrastructure: Robot Framework, GitHub Actions, Coverity and SonarQube.
  • Prototyped, then integrated OpenTelemetry and OpenSearch as Go microservices, with exporters feeding Jaeger, Grafana, Zipkin and Prometheus.
  • Designed the middleware between services (MQTT, Redis, OPC UA, Modbus) and the link from edge apps to Azure. Performance work in C on memory-constrained Linux devices.

On-board image compression, 80 cores

2022 · Toulouse

Edge computing engineer

Ported the CCSDS 122 satellite image-compression algorithm to a Kalray many-core processor and parallelised it across 80 cores in C / C++ with OpenCL and OpenMP, for a 12-person proof-of-concept team. Docker-based validation and GitLab CI with automatic tests.

STMicroelectronics

Earlier: a car, a Raspberry Pi and a VPN

2020 → 2022

An autonomous car on STM32MP1 with STMicroelectronics (GTK interface, lidar and BLE mapping, A7 / M4 core communication, new PCB). Embedded C on Raspberry Pi for FlyTek, run as a full V-cycle from spec to delivery. A full-stack internship on a VPN user platform at Orb Group in London (JavaScript, PHP, SQL), where I also mentored the next interns.

Stack

Build it, run it, know it works.

Highlighted: what I reach for first. The rest I have shipped with in production.

How I work

Remote by default, boring in the best way.

Clients hire me to remove a problem, not to add meetings. Here is what that looks like week to week.

01

Your time zone, your tools

Based in Paris (CET), fully remote, with real overlap for every European team. I join your Slack, your repo and your rituals, and I have worked on-site in Boston and London when it mattered.

02

Tests and a runbook ship with the code

Nothing goes to production without automated checks and a page that explains how to run it, roll it back and debug it at 2 a.m.

03

Short loops, visible progress

A demo every week, written updates you can forward, and decisions recorded where your team will find them later.

04

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

I use coding agents daily to move faster on the repetitive parts, and I review, test and own every line that lands.

05

English and French, fluently

Specs, code review, stand-ups and client calls in either language. Native French, fluent English after two years in the US.

06

Engagements that fit

Typically 3 to 12 months, full time or part time, invoiced business to business. Day rate on request, with a fixed scope when the problem is well defined.
